Val Verde Borlotti Beans are sourced from only the most reliable growers in Italy, and selected from only the highest quality crop. This classic Italian bean is a medium-large tan bean splashed with red/black to magenta streaks, however they lose their colour and turn light brown once cooked. It is very popular in Italian cuisine and is high in protein and fibre.
