Rummo Farfalle #85 commonly known as the bow-tie pasta, but the name is derived from the Italian word farfalla which means butterfly. The shape is very versatile and can be used in a range of dishes, but more than anything is a winner with the kids because it is fun. This pasta is well suited for tomato and cream dishes, although it can be used well also for other dishes and even pasta salads. It has a standard thickness of 1.3mm and estimated cooking time is 14 minutes.
