Ingredients

Drain Saclà Char-Grilled Capsicums, reserving 1 tablespoon oil, and chop. Drain and rinse Val Verde Chick Peas. Combine Saclà Chilli Pesto with reserved oil to make a dressing. Gently toss rocket, capsicum, chick peas, cherry tomatoes and dressing together and arrange on a serving platter. Top with crumbled fetta pieces and serve.
